District Library
The District 27 Library contains several books, manual, and tapes that can
be borrowed. The librarian asks for a $15 deposit that is returned to you when
you return the item. Some of the items in the Library are tapes of the Regional
Educational Sessions (1994), tapes of the World Championship of Public Speaking
(1996 - 2005), and modules from the Success Leadership & Communication Series
(Building Your Thinking Power, Art of Effective Evaluation, and Improving Your
Management Skills. For more information, contact the District
