give their 5th speech - recognize their accomplishment with a certificate
from District
27. Simply fill out the form and
a Half CTM certificate will be mailed to you to present to your member.

The best way to report information to World Headquarters is by going online to the Club Business Section.
The following can be reported online:
- Add New Members
- Change Club and Officer Information

Submit Award Applications Online. Note: Application must be
submitted by a Club Officer
- Pay Dues Renewals
- Submit Club Officers
- Update Club Bylaws
If you can't submit your information online you can always submit by fax or mail
